How to Join
To join the team, the first thing you should do is fill out this online form. If you have more questions, please
Students may join the team may join at any point in the school year, however to get the most out of the team, it is best to join at the beginning of the Fall quarter of every year. Dues will be accepted at team meetings (every Tuesday night at 7:30pm in 66 Roessler Hall).
Please note that every member, whether new or continuing, must complete the following every year.
There are 5 things you need to do to become an official member of the UC Davis Cycling Team
- Join the Team
- Sign and Pay ($10) the Liability Waiver
- Sign up to become a Driver (If you have a car and current insurance)
- Pay Team Dues
- Purchase a USA Cycling Racing License
To Join the Team
- Go to the Sports Club Website and find the Join a Club page
- Click on online registration
- Select Student, which will take you to the Sports Club Management Page
- Click Join a Club
- Fill out the form
To Sign the Liability Waiver
- On the Sports Club Join a Club Page (see above), click Liability Insurance under step 3
- Select Create Profile
- Click on Sports Clubs on the left hand side of the page
- Scroll down to Cycling and click on the tab to purchase the Liability Insurance
- Once added to your cart you can simply check out and pay like you were buying anything else online
To Sign up to be a Driver
- On the Sports Club Management Page, Click on the Forms tab at the top
- Select Drivers Agreement
- Fill out the Form THEN take your license and insurance card to the Sports Club Office
To Pay Dues
- Show up to a UC Davis Cycling meeting in Roessler Hall with a check made out to Cal Aggie Cycling
To Join USA Cycling
- Go to the USA Cycling
- Click on Not Registered? Create an Account Now! at the top of the page
- Login
- Under the Home tab, click Purchase/renew License
- Follow the Instructions to buy a Collegiate License
